Dr Parisa Loxham

Child, Adolescent & Adult Psychiatry

Ba (Hons), MBChB Medicine and Surgery, FRANZCP, Cert. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry

Dr Loxham is a Consultant Psychiatrist and a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP.) She obtained her medical degree and embarked on her junior doctor years in the United Kingdom, before completing her fellowship in Brisbane, Australia. Parisa completed her basic psychiatry training at Princess Alexandra Hospital and her advanced training at Queensland Children’s Hospital. She is currently undertaking her fellowship with the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine also.

 

Martin Ayres

Bonnie Kang

Child & youth Mental Health Speech Pathologist

Bonnie is a dual-qualified speech pathologist and authorized mental health practitioner in Queensland.

Bonnie is a registered certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney and her Master of Speech Pathology from the University of Queensland. 

 

Laura McGregor

Social Worker / Counsellor

Laura, a seasoned social worker with a master’s degree in counselling and AASW membership, brings over 30 years of expertise in providing counselling, support, and advocacy to young people and families. Her diverse experience includes roles at Children’s Health Queensland, Youth Justice, Centrelink, Queensland University of Technology, and Sexual Assault Service.

 

Dr Arzoo Fazaluddin

Psychiatry Registrar

Dr Fazaluddin is a dedicated and compassionate child and adolescent psychiatry trainee in her final year of training, embarking on a journey in private practice with a passion for holistic, recovery-focused and evidence-based mental health care. Dr Fazaluddin is committed to supporting young people and their families through a range of mental health challenges.

Leah Svanberg

Client Support & Administration Officer

Leah is the friendly face behind the front desk and
administrative support for staff and clients. She has extensive experience working in allied health clinics, stemming from a personal interest in health and a commitment to a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being.

Leah’s personal experience with a child diagnosed with ADHD allows her to offer a profound level of understanding and compassion to our families and clients.

Her priority is to create a seamless and welcoming experience, blending empathy and efficiency, ensuring each patient feels not just welcomed, but truly cared for.
