Dr Alice Ayres
Co-Founder
Child, Adolescent & Young Adult Psychiatry
Dr Ayres generally sees new patients up to the age of 25. She will consider older individuals if they are seeking regular therapy or seeking an opinion on neurodiversity.
A dedicated advocate for integrative mental health, Dr. Ayres brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Her expertise lies in tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of each individual, fostering resilience and promoting positive mental health outcomes.
Dr Ayres takes a holistic approach to client care, considering not only the mental health symptoms but also the social, psychological, and biological factors that may contribute to a client’s overall mental well-being. Dr Ayres believes in building strong therapeutic relationships with her clients, promoting empathy and understanding throughout the treatment process.
With her warm and friendly demeanour, Dr Alice Ayres creates a comfortable and supportive environment for her clients. Clients often commend her for her non-judgmental approach and her ability to instil hope and optimism.

Dr Arun Pillai

Renowned for his compassionate approach, Dr Pillai specialises in psychiatric care of children, adolescents and young adults, offering comprehensive assessments and personalised treatment plans.
Dr Arun Pillai is an experienced psychiatrist, working in private and public health services across Australia. He currently holds the position of Medical Director of Campus based Child and Youth Mental Health Services (CYMHS), at Queensland Children’s Hospital and Queensland Adolescent Extended Treatment Centre – Jacaranda Place.
With a commitment to excellence and forming partnerships, he strives to create a safe and supportive environment for every client in his care. Dr Pillai has a focus in early intervention for both mental health and developmental challenges in children and young adults, incorporating the true concept of personal recovery.
Dr Pillai’s clinical interest is in working with children and young people with a variety of issues such as anxiety disorders, OCD, mood disorders, autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and other developmental challenges.
Dr Tana Lucksanapiruk

Dr. Lucksanapiruk, known for his kindness and multicultural insights, is an Australian-trained psychiatrist originally from Thailand. After conducting research at the Harvard Stem Cell Institute, he pursued his passion for medicine at Flinders University in Adelaide and completed his psychiatry training in Brisbane. Dr. Lucksanapiruk approaches mental health care with empathy, wisdom, and compassion, emphasizing holistic treatment through lifestyle changes and psychological therapies. His practice goes beyond addressing mental illness, focusing on helping patients build resilience and lead meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Specializing in Adult Psychiatry, Dr. Lucksanapiruk has expertise in treating mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, and Adult ADHD. He has a particular interest in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Neurostimulation Therapies, including Ketamine, rTMS, and ECT. Outside of work, he enjoys weightlifting, dancing, playing board games, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
Dr Nasim Heidari

Dr Nasim Heidari is a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist. She trained at the Princess Alexandra, Logan and the Children’s Queensland Hospitals and CYMHS (Child and Youth Mental Health Services) clinics helping young people with mental health problems and supporting their families. Dr Heidari is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists since 2017. She enjoys working with children, adolescents and young adults and has experience in diagnosis and treatment of mental health conditions including: ADHD, ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Difficulties, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Psychosis and Addictions.
Dr Arzoo Fazaluddin

Dr Fazaluddin is a friendly and compassionate psychiatrist who works collaboratively with young people, families and adults to support their mental health and wellbeing. She brings experience in treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, ADHD, neurodevelopmental conditions and complex presentations involving families and systems of care. She is also able to support individuals with long-term psychotherapy. Dr Fazaluddin values the therapeutic relationship and takes time to get to know each person in order to individualise their care. She is dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based and recovery-oriented care, emphasising resilience and supporting individuals to build on their strengths toward meaningful change.
Originally from Canada, Dr Fazaluddin completed her medical and psychiatric training in Queensland, where she is now settled. She holds Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) with advanced training and certification in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Her training spanned both public and private settings, providing broad clinical experience across diverse presentations and developmental stages. These experiences have enriched her practice and reinforced her commitment to providing an affirming, collaborative and person-centred approach to care.
Dr Kaliane Marshall

Dr Marshall is a compassionate and skilled practitioner of child and adolescent psychiatry with a particular interest in ADHD, emerging personality disorders and the wide-reaching effects of trauma. She is dedicated towards providing her utmost in personalised and professional care for each patient and enjoys forming long-lasting relationships with her patients.
Having commenced her studies in the United Kingdom at King’s College London, Dr Marshall immigrated to Australia in 2016 and has since enjoyed exploring all that Australia has to offer both personally and professionally. She initially developed a background in cosmetic medicine and aesthetics whilst practicing in Sydney; however, before long she discovered a greater source of professional satisfaction in supporting clients with their mental health and so embarked upon her post graduate training through The Royal Australia and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
Dr Marshall believes that meeting clients where they are, instilling hope, and galvanising internal and external supports is crucial in supporting each child in their development and growth for both their physical and psychological health. She endeavours to always create a safe and supportive environment where children, teens and their parents can each feel heard and understood whilst also empowering each young person to work towards a brighter future.
Dr Parisa Loxham

Dr Loxham is a Consultant Psychiatrist and a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). She is also a Fellow of the Australasian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine (ACNEM).
She obtained her medical degree and embarked on her junior doctor years in the United Kingdom, before completing her fellowship in Brisbane, Australia. Parisa completed her basic psychiatry training at Princess Alexandra Hospital and her advanced training at Queensland Children’s Hospital.
Dr Loxham recognises the importance of providing a holistic, recovery focused and evidence-based approach to care. Her expertise includes treatment of depression, anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorders in adults, children and adolescents. Dr Loxham works collaboratively with patients and their families to provide the best possible care in all modalities. This includes psychological therapies, pharmacological management, and particularly lifestyle interventions. She understands the relationship between the physical and mental well-being, and so advocates for improving patients’ physical health where possible. She believes that kindness, and a shared understanding of a patient’s experiences, is the basis for meaningful therapeutic work. She provides care for all ages, particularly from children to young adults. She also has an interest in women’s mental health, and mind/body disorders such as chronic fatigue syndrome. Dr Loxham can provide long-term care to her patients, to help them to achieve their therapeutic goals.
Dr Rachael Moore

Dr Moore is a psychiatric fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. After graduating from medical school in 2013, she completed her specialist training at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, where she developed a strong foundation in the treatment of psychotic conditions, mood and anxiety disorders.
Dr Moore has a down-to-earth and collaborative approach, offering evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each individual. She works with adults across all life stages and has a particular interest in women’s mental health, including perinatal psychiatry, menopause, and ADHD.
Dr Moore has a personal understanding of the emotional and practical demands that come with caring for others in a family unit. She is committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward meaningful recovery.
