Referrals

Practitioners prefer referrals via medical objects. You can send them via email: [email protected]

Please be aware that each referral is assessed by the clinician to see if they are appropriate to assist, and your referral may not be accepted.

Please expect us to contact you about your referral within 21 business days. We will typically send a text message to the nominated phone number inviting you to contact us to make an appointment if your appointment is accepted.

If your referral is accepted you will need to make a $200 deposit to secure your appointment. This is refundable up to 48 business hours before your appointment.

We do not have capacity to faciliate urgent or emergency referrals. Please call 13 MH CALL, call 000 or present to your local emergency department.

Psychiatry

If you would like to see a Psychiatrist, please see your GP to obtain a referral. As much detail as possible on the referral is helpful.

Each doctor decides if they will accept the referral depending on their skill base.
